When can I join?

You can join a class at anytime, provided there is an available spot in the class. Your first months tuition will be adjusted based on your start date.

 

 

When is payment due?

Tuition is due on the 20th of every month for the following month.

 

 

Do you offer make ups?

Yes! Make up classes need to be scheduled in advanced and completed with in 30 days of the absence.

 

 

How do I schedule a make up class?

You can schedule a make up class by contacting the office at (630) 250-7827 or email [email protected].

 

 

What happens if I need to reschedule my make up?

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule a make up or you will forfeit that make up.

 

 

Do I have to wait until after I miss a class to schedule a make up?

No. Once you have notified our office of a future absence you may schedule a make up.

 

 

What if I want to leave the program during the month?

Once you pay your monthly tuition, you have reserved your class spot for the entire month. If you need to leave before the end of the month, you must provide 7 days notice. You will be charged for any classes attended or occurring in less than a 7 day notice.

 

 

Do I need to repay my membership if I take a month off?

No. The membership is an annual fee and remains active for 12 months from the month you start in.

 

Can I transfer to a different class, day or time?

We can transfer your students class, day or time once a month, providing there is an available spot for the student. Contact our office to make a transfer.


Can I drop my child off for classes?

Yes you can drop your child off for class, if they are 5 years or older. We do ask that you come in the building to pick them up.


Is the monthly tuition adjustable?

Tuition is based on an average of 4 classes per month. If there are 5 classes in a month the tuition does not increase and if there are 3 classes in a month the tuition does not decrease.


What should my child wear to class?

Dress Code is on the website and is established for the safety of your child.


How do I know when my child is ready to move up?

Your child’s Instructor will notify you and provide a move up card when the student is ready to move to the next level. Instructors are available after class for any questions you have.


Are make ups offered for scheduled closed dates?

Make ups are not available for closed dates. The closed dates do not effect your annual average of 4 classes per month.


When are students evaluated?

Evaluations are on going and constant by our lead instructors. Students are advanced at any point during a month based on their readiness for the next level of skills.
